While this is not the typical courtyard in the city, the small touches the property has like the greening initiatives, helpful and warm front desk staff and a compact and inviting premises. We stayed here on March 30th, arriving late at night without reservations. We were quickly and pleasantly checked in without any problems. Though perhaps somewhat outdated, the rooms was clean and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was enjoyable and offered a large selection of items. Overall, excellent value and service for a great price.

Check-in took about 90 seconds. Room and bathroom were very clean. Applebee's was a 200 yard walk through the parking lots. King bed was very comfy and the place was quiet all night. What more could I want?
