Clean, air conditioned hotel right on the beach. Pool is wonderful! Beware of horrible, loud band that plays right outside restaurant (and your room) until very late some nights. Overall, this is the best option on Zanzibar that is close to shopping and tourism. More

Sewage smell in the breakfast room? I was surprised when I had this unpleasant smell, when I inquired nobody could answer my question... so I had to look into it myself, there is a open sewage pipe under the restaurant that pours out onto the ocean, it is very very surprising that the hotel has not done anything about it...
