I was whit my family at Leonardo inn Dead Sea, it was great experience, the room is small but very clean, the food is great. Great service in the front desk, people like to help everyone. We comeback next time for sure next time in Israel. Thank u to everyone.

I came here with my parents and my toddler son. We booked in for 4 nights at £175 per room per night. We booked a superior room and were shown a badly maintained room with broken furniture. At first sight just a middle class hotel. The room was somewhat shabby. In the garden a different view opened: there was a nice pool area and a large garden. In addition, dinner was delicious and staff was friendly. In the evening we had a nice travelling group meeting in the garden. I enjoyed this peaceful hotel!

It's been our second time staying at this hotel. It is still very quiet and peaceful - comparing with other hotels nearby. And their peacocks rambling in the garden are absolutely adorable! The only thing that reeealy disappointed us - bad housekeeping. We spent all the time coming to reception desk asking them to bring towels, bath gels, etc.

The minuses are that the sea, spa and synagogue are a walk away which depending on the weather could be a big deal or not. The room was clean although a little extra maintenance wouldn't have gone astray. Not only the hotel's facilities are outdated and poorly maintained, the service here is terrible and the general feel is not welcoming. We had to wait for 2 hours before they checked us in to our hotel rooms. The reception was unpleasant and unwilling to help us in this frustrating situation.
