When I moved in hotel in month of July it's was buring hot inside the lobby I asked front manger why it is hot here then he said we switch off our a/c after 10 pm . Oh what a shame on this place I thought of those people who were made to wait in lobby

Went for a dinner with family and friends. Drinks were delivered after 15-20 minutes. On checking we realised that the drinks were 30% less than the quantity ordered.
