We stayed at the el Andaluz for 4 nights, overall the experience was a very good one, but needs a couple of tweeks then it will be even better. Evening meal in the Castillio, we had not made a reservation, but they managed to squeeze us in. Large selection of food, but found it to be expensive especially as they... More

Rooms a good size for a family of 4 with double and 2 bunk beds and usual facilities. Pillows are very thin but, we received 2 thick pillows upon request. We were disappointed that the only english speaking channel, apart from stock market (Bloomsberg) is the BBC World Service. Plenty of car parking and bus stop to Ringsheim (railway) station... More

We stayed at the El Andaluz for one night as it looked pricewise right. We paid 90 EUR per person for a double and 130 EUR for a single room. A downfall was that we did not get an interconnecting room. I am not sure, if the El Andaluz has interconnecting room after all. The suite we found to be... More

I stayed in this hotel for only one night. I will try to summarize the positive and negative points on my opinion: Positive: - very good location at the park entrance - nice Spanish design - good quality breakfast with plenty to choose from. Big variety of tea, pastries and fruit juices. - big luggage room next to the reception... More

Our daughter had birthday and we decided to stay in Europa Park, we called reservations and the only choice for suite was in Hotel El Andaluz.. We stayed in Royal suite, the experience was WONDERFUL! We loved the hotel, it is beautifully decorated, pleasant personnel, nice dinner. Our daughter loved the present from the hotel for her birthday, and absolutely... More

There are good conference fascilities within the hotels from the Europark. However if you are there during holiday season, the hotels are full and a lot of children are around. The rooms of the hotel are functional and very clean. The rooms have not a good noise isolation, so that you hear very well what is going on in the... More

Fourth time we've stayed at Europa Park Resort, but the first time in this Spanish themed hotel. We had stayed in the Colloseo previously, but wanted to take advantage of the Deluxe room this time so stayed here. The deluxe room has a seperate main bedroom with a kingsize bed, with a sofa and bunk beds in the main room.... More

This hotel has its own private entrance to the park with nice comfortable rooms including bunk beds which our children loved. It has a small pool which we did use but most likely you are going to spend most of your time at Europa park which stays open to 6 or 7 PM. Breakfast is included which is an excellent... More

We just got back from 2 nights staying at the hotel El Andaluz at the Europa Park resort. We arrived early and checking in was painless, every member of reception staff I spoke to was very friendly and spoke very good English. We were there too early to drop our bags off in the room but the hotel provide a... More
