This is our third time staying at Cloud Nine and we really made the most of our three night stay for our wedding anniversary. We stayed for two nights at the end of August. Lovely location, outlook and the seclusion is great. We too got the whole food package (including b'fast, nibbles and pizzas), which covered us for food for more than the two days! Probably only thing I would suggest is maybe less bacon and have a choice of red meat or chicken... More

Cloud Nine accommodation is excellent, they really do have everything you could possibly use while on holidays. A great place to come home to after hiking up mountains. A a first glance you may think there isn't much to do but there are mountains to climb, wineries, Albany and Mt Barker are both within 30 minutes.

We were in the other Spa Chalet when "tanazaa" was there, but the property is so well set out that we didn't see anything but amazing birds and kangaroos. we just spent 2 relaxing nights in the Eden Chalet with the Hot Tub and Sauna, as soon as we walked in the door it sparkled, very clean and neat and totally gorgeous, we had this gorgeous yummie platter and some bubbly waiting for us in the fridge, we also ordered the woodfire Pizza's to be delivered to the Chalet... went in sept 2012. i work as cleaner and have stayed in many places on holiday. i notice when somethings not clean when a lot do not. i have to say this was the best kept accommodation i have ever been in. the food was amazing, more than enough to feed you, and so very tasty. bubble and chocolate, fantastic....
