The lobby work was finished. Hopefully room updates will follow as the hotel is very well priced, especially with the very reasonable breakfast that is included in the price. The room showed its age but was clean and comfortable enough for a one-night stay. The TV was ancient and not able to be adequately tuned. Bathroom serviceable and reasonably clean.

Hotel was being painted while we were there, so the lobby was not open. Still the staff made everything easy and available. We stay here whenever we visit my daughter at UNC Chapel Hill and are very satisfied with the accomodations. Upholstery on chairs in the room was worn and ripped - that could use replacing.

The hotel was a standard Days Inn. It was not plush or nice in particular, but it was fine.
