I have just returned from a stay at the aLoft in Uptown Charlotte, NC. I was there on the dates of 2/13/12- 2/16/12 with my husband. On the plus side, the hotel is aesthetically pleasing and the rooms are pleasant as well. I have two concerns/suggestions, and one very major complaint that would be of interest to fellow travelers.

Kind of a funky concept. I have never really liked the soap dispenser concept in the shower so that is not great. Room nice, bed comfortable, great TV and LOVED that the blinds are easy and make the room dark.
