I enjoyed the luxury accomodations after a long flight. There was a free shuttle from the airport, so I didn't have to pick up my rental car until the next day. There is complimentary parking which is unusual for a high-end hotel. The staff and rooms were great.

As expected for renaissance suites, nice comfy rooms and bathrooms, good beds, well isolated sound proof wise... Excellent aciliites fitness and pool, not too far away from local restaurants a,d about 1/2 h from downtown, nice friendly staff

I had an issue with my key; it wouldn't open the door. After a long, tiring day, I walked back down to the front desk. Verna immediately remedied the situation with a bit of an upgrade. She was wonderful. She personified customer service.

Stayed here the night before catching a flight. Hotel was nice but my wife and I both got food poisoning in the hotel restaurant. Not a good flight next morning and it ruined two days of our trip. I told Marriott about it but didn't get a response.

Just held a series of 4 one day meetings. The staff was great to work with (Thanks Cori Lee) and everything was on time, as ordered, at the price agreed to. Everyone of the employees encountered were very customer centric. If you are meeting in the Charlotte area I suggest you check them out!!!!
