“The BEST!!!”

Where should I begin...everything about our stay and experience with Ballantyne was beyond exceptional. I couldn't have dreamed of a more wonderful experience. Everyone from the staff, I mean everyone, was extremely courteous and helpful. By far the best hotel in Charlotte...true meaning of high class elegance and opulence.

“Staff go out of their way to please! Concierges are THE BEST!!”

“Great hotel for important business meetings”

The Ballantyne is a great venue for business meetings. The view is beautiful, the staff incedibly helpful and responsive, and the rooms are a wonderful differentiator from the typical business travel hotel. The others attending the meeting had nothing but great things to say about the Ballantyne.
