This hotel's location was easily accessible and close to many attractions. The staff was very helpful, and the room was exceptionally clean. The adjacent parking deck is an excellent feature, especially with the direct access on a few of the floors. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great beds and pillows for comfort. Breakfast had a great variety of both hot & cold items each morning. Great staff. Fitness room was hot and I couldn't turn the temperature any lower than 70; that was my only complaint - it was hot & stuff in there with no fan.

My daughter and I stay here frequently due to her medical condition that is treated in Charlotte. We have always enjoyed the comfort and convenience of this Hotel. It is ideally situated for our needs and a nice place to crash after a long day of travel.

I was impressed with the cleanliness of the room especially the bathroom. The rooms were nice and the views were good. It's downtown and you could walk just about any where. I have stayed here a couple of times even though I live in Charlotte (Ballantyne area) - great place for an overnight getaway. Close to great restaurants and sight seeing. Clean rooms. I just wish parking was free for Diamond members.
