After reading the negative reviews I was apprehensive about reservation for the Charlotte Auto Fair. Traveling with a dog, leaves the choices slim. This hotel was exactly as I expected it to be. “Worst place I have ever seen!”

Wouldn't stay here for $20. Clearly the owners are the ones writing the good reviews. I was one of 4 cars in the parking lot and left even though they charged me for the night. There is a train and railroad tracks just outside your window, couch was dirty and disgusting, tv and remote were falling apart, no shampoo or... More

“Wonderful place for a gathering!”

THe staff of America's Best Value Inn could not be more accommodating for group gatherings. THe rooms and grounds were immaculate and spacious, and from the check- in staff to the grounds keepers, the maids and the kitchen help everyone was pleasant and went the extra mile to ensure that everyone was comfortable, happy and had everything they needed.

Stayed here for 5 nights in July. Very clean rooms and spacious. The staff was friendly and very helpful with all questions we asked about the area. They also suggested some places to check out. The location was great, close to many things to do and see. Felt very safe here! Will stay here again!

Owner Vimal and other staff gives a excelent and Friendly service, clean rooms and comfy atmosphere. Rates are great if you are on a low budget. TRY IT....

“Have been back and will next time we pass through..”

Friendly service, clean rooms and comfy atmosphere. My husband and I stayed here 2 times traveling within 2 weeks time. Rates are great if you are on a low budget. Only downfall, parking is tight.
