Our room was very clean and we were also able to change the double room we had booked over to a king room. Great breakfast, great staff, extra pillows and free cookies!

I am so happy that you enjoyed your stay at the Wingate by Wyndham Concord. Everyone loves the fresh baked cookies. The hotel had undergone a full renovation of all the guest rooms and the feedback from our guests are wonderful. Stayed here for one night to attend a festival at the Charlotte Motor Speedway, which is within about a 20-minute walking distance. We had a room with 2 double beds which was spacious and very clean. no one ever available at the desk to help you. they were always in the back where you could not see them and no bell available to call them. 3 different times I needed just a towel and washcloth but waited 10-15 minutes for someone to come to desk.

I wanted to first apologize for making you wait for a towel and wash cloth. That is not the service I want my staff to provide to our guests. I am not sure what time of day that you waited so long for the towel or washcloth but there should be at least one Guest Service Representative at the desk... More
