I've stayed in Suburban Extended Stay in the past. This Suburban with the indoor corridors felt much safer. The room was clean, with a nice view to the courtyard area with a nice pool. The staff is polite and accommodating. Many excellent restaurants and the Concord Mall are nearby, very convenient.

This by far was the most unclean, dirty, uncomfortable place we have ever stayed. The floor was dirty, the bed was worn out and the kitchenette was filthy. I do not recommend staying here. Will book our room farther away next time and make the longer drive instead of staying at this place!
