the over all idea of the hotel is great i fell it was a little over priced for the area and the noise level of other rooms was like staying in a cheap hotel. The Hilton Hotel group should have done a better job on construction to keep noise levels down

Awesome experience! The staff was great! Not your usual poor Jacksonville service. Definitely a great place to stay. The rooms are extremely spacious for a family. We never got that cramped motel room feel.

Awesome place to stay, very clean and new and great customer service. I would recommend this place to anyone and have. Housekeeping was great as well as the staff in general. The decor and style was a refreshing change from normal hum drum hotels.

This has to be the most clean hotel I have stayed in. I was very impressed with the entire hotel and the hotel staff. My only complaint would be the fact that the rooms aren't very sound proof. Our second night there I had to go buy a box fan to cut out the noise.
