Pictures speak for themselves. No reservation so we Paid 500 for two nights and was told our "suite" had been recently renovated. Obviously not. EVEN better now they have done alot of remodeling. new refrigator in our room new carpet and tiled the bathroom floor. i have been coming to the sand dunes fof 18 years and never had a problem staying at the sand dunes motel. the house keeping is excellent and friendly. walking distance to places to eat and kure beach fishing... The Sand dunes is right on top of the ocean & in walking distance to everything. We stay here when the smaller Motel next door is booked up. Pier, restaurants & stores all so close. Park & walk. Nice pool & staff No fancy Hotel or room service. But to families that like to fish & swim Perfect

We stayed here last year over Memorial Weekend and loved it. So we took a long weekend in July and went back to the Sand Dunes. Rooms have been remodeled...wifi is better...and the housekeeping staff was friendly and did an excellent job. Location is perfect. We'll be back.....again

It was a nice week long vacation. it was nice & clean. Everyday they came up with fresh towels & everything. They were very polite and the price was affordable, its not a fancy place to stay, but it was still beautiful.

Husband and I drove by the Sand Dunes and decided this was the place to stay. The front desk clerks were so friendly and helpful. Our room was on the first floor, ocean view and cost $153.00 plus taxes for one night. Little pricey, but it was a lovely view. My only complaint is the pillows; they were very lumpy.... More

My husband and I have been staying at the Sand Dunes for nearly 50 years, love the area, the management is also considerate, it's like going to stay with family. Needed a quick get away and wanted to try something new in the area so we went with San Dunes. Right on the beach, nice pool, easy parking, the young lady at the desk was super nice and very helpful when I locked myself out of the room (thanks!!).
