“We only went there for the gem mining..my three girls had a blast and got loads of gems!”

The staff was so friendly. They have many wonderful animals..all sweet spirited. We bought two $45 buckets of dirt and came away with tons of rocks but more then anything a great family bonding experience! The driveway is rustic..dont take your BMW! Wear grubby clothes and bring plastic bag for ur dirty shoes. This trip wont disappoint! My kids aged... More

We just got back from 3 days at Randall Glen. I was concerned based on the review by Albert C, but he must have stayed at a different resort. We stayed in Newfound. We found Randall Glen to be everything we'd hoped for and more. Beautiful, relaxing, close enough to civilization but not TOO close! Well-built cabins with breath-taking views and private hot tubs, Friendly and accomodating hostesses. “Absolute Worst Experience Ever”

Unless you like to see hooks, chains, confederate flags, run down conditions, disfigured animals, unkept grounds, and mud this place won't be for you. Spirit Mountain is 10x better. This place makes you feel like you are in the middle of a horror movie.

It is interesting that, according to our records, we have never had a person named Albert--of any last name--booked here. However, 10 days before this review, a large party from the city that "Albert" claims to be from booked 5 cabins for 3 nights for a "quiet" gathering of family and friends.
