Ended up here because all the other hotels were full (fall colors) or only had smoking rooms left. I had no idea this was supposed to be a Jameson Inn until I saw the receipt. We only spent one night here due to a quickie trip for a friend. Upon arrival, my husband had to stand outside in the cold... More

Our room was dirty when we arrived. My husband went to the front desk to complain and they offered to clean it. The room was very rundown . . . stains on the walls that had not been washed, very old bedding, the curtains were torn from the hanger at the top and hung funny over the window. the weather... More

Do not stay at this Hotel, I wish I had found the bad reviews before I booked. I went for a 3 day family vacation and the first day was ruined by my stay at the Jamison Inn. The owner started harassing me repeatedly after 11.00 pm at night upon arrival. I had left my door wide open since the... More

I have not stayed here and will not based solely on my experience trying to make reservations. I called the hotel directly to make reservations for a competition for my daughter. A friend had called a day before and received a room for $58. I called and was quoted $63. When I asked if there was a AAA discount or... More

Never again... I confirmed on line the room and cost with confirmation #. Called the hotel to confirm everything was good and the girl told me the fax should be in soon.. See you this weekend. My husband and I were meeting at the hotel because he is a truck driver and had a delivery the following Monday in Lenoir.... More

We stayed at this hotel on a friday and saturday night. We also wish the corridors were on the inside, as other jamesons we have stayed in are. The beds were very comfortable, or we were just plain tired, but i have stayed on worse. Our room had a coffee pot microwave & mini refrig.(which is all that we used).... More

I have been satisfied with other Jameson Inn locations, but this one was horrible. There were semen stains on the sheets and blood droplets in the sink. Upon complaining we were told to leave a note for the manager (who was only identified by the initials 'A.P' on his business card), but he most likely wouldn't care. Of course he... More

We stayed at the Jameson Inn in Lenoir September of 2007. It was nice and basic looking on the outside- I don't mind the outdoor hallways too much. The area was nice and quiet. Overall the rooms were just fair, very basic. I did like having the sink outside of the bathroom. It also had plenty of counterspace. The breakfast... More

Room was very clean and staff was friendly, but there's too much missing here to warrant a repeat stay. We had a family of four in one room - there's only two small towels (the size of most people's hand towels) and two washclothes - soap bar is also very small. We asked at the front desk for more, but... More

A basic chain motel, staff helpful and friendly - but no frills i.e. no in-room accessories such as ironing board, coffee maker, etc. Although supposedly Wi-Fi enabled this did not extend to our room. More
