Floor was not vaccuummed for the five days I was there. Bathtub floor was dirty and the surrounded has not been cleaned in months. Ottoman in front of easy chair was dirty with large spots. My room was initially clean. The bed was comfortable and I was able to get a hot shower. However, housekeeping was terrible.
