In town on business and had a great experience. Front desk staff was phenomenal as was the room service staff. I highly recommend this hotel. The location of the hotel was very convenient to the highway as well as local restaurants. The rooms were nicely appointed as well.

The room was nice and clean and the mattresses were wonderful. Definitely would stay here again! I loved that I did not have to worry so much about germs with my younger one getting on the floor. Everything looked and smelled and appeared in great shape and condition and well cared for.

Hilton ... artificial image of quality. Hotel is setback from parking lot adjacent to the street, very unsecure. During check in, had to wait 10 minutes for desk manager to return from replacing light bulb somewhere. Have stayed here a few times, great location, great property, clean! 20 minutes from Charlotte. Very convienient location, would surely stay again. Newer hotel, which is always great, have not had a bad experience with any of the HGI properties!
