The hotel and grounds were pleasant and inviting. The employees were friendly and attentive. The location was in a good neighborhood with a large mall close by and plenty of places to chose from to dine out. I would recommend this hotel for anyone not wanting to spend a fortune on a clean, well maintained hotel.

We planned a weekend get-away trip to Pineville, NC to visit the near-by restaurant SweetTea's that we had seen on our favorite TV show Restaurant Impossible. There was a lot of noise and management really wouldn't help. My husband and I had a terrible nights sleep. Wouldn't go back. No satisfaction from management & there's a sign that says satisfaction guaranteed. There were also plumbing problems in the bathroom.

Had reservation at this Hilton Garden Inn... picked it because it had large whirlpool tub... when checked in nothing was mentioned but when wanted to use whirlpool and called front desk they then told us that none of the whirlpool baths worked. This Hilton Garden Inn is very close to many nice resturants, a large mall, I-485 & I-77 interstates. It has a large parking lot with good lighting. Very nice hotel and would and will stay there again.

This is a great hotel with exceptional customer service from check in to check out. I was traveling solo and arrived close to midnight and felt very safe at the property. there are many wonderful hotels, but what makes 1 stand out the most are the employees who make you feel at home. There wasn't anything that we could ask for that they happily do. I will stay there whenever I am in the area!
