Unhygienic all I can say. Trouble just to ask for a god damn new pillow case, lady brought it back a week later. Bed bugs ravaged my body at night rudeness from female manager (larger lady, don't even go to ask for a thing) disgusting really.

My wife and I stayed there as we wanted excellent value for money and were very happy with our choice. We were able to walk everywhere to beaches, restaurants and great shops and even a cinema complex too- We would not hesitate to recommend it and will stay again when next in Southport. Bill & Nelly
