Four of us traveling together sharing the beach house. Everything we needed linen etc excellent. We easily self catered and topped up our ice from the office. The shower head calcified was the only complaint but we used the hose. We loved the experience until the weather changed in the nightand we got wet.shadecloth walls don't cope with storms so... More

Nice spot. We stayed in cabin 5. There are still holes in the walls the fridge had a dead fly and dirty water in the bottom. Floors dirty, used dental floss on the couch, dirty tissue under the bed, old hair clip in the shower, sheets torn and no mattress protector. Cleaning staff buzzed in and out four times in... More

We camped here for two nights and really enjoyed it. There are many beautiful beaches within an easy walking distance to explore and the camp is full of fisherman who seem to settle in here for a few months. The local indigenous children demonstrated spear throwing for us and other campers share their daily catch. You can purchase wood for... More

Middle lagoon is a great place to relax and do nothing. We had a great camp spot called "Blueys", it was all sand and it overlooked the lagoon. The beach is really lovely and just right for long walks checking out the shells. In the afternoon when the tide is out, the birds come in looking for fish and they... More

For me Nature's Hideaway Middle Lagoon lives up to its name. It doesn't pretend to be Noosa, far from it, the people at Middle Lagoon are proud to offer a haven where people can slow the heart beat, feel the pindan on their feet, listen to the distant echo of a whale slapping the sea with her tail. I've camped... More

After having a workmate rave about Middle Lagoon, my wife and I decided to see what all the fuss was about. We booked a cabin and when we arrived we were greeted by Tammy and he family and made to feel very welcome. Our cabin with shade cloth walls was clean and tidy and gave us a great experience in... I have stayed at Natures Hideaway quite a bit and only experienced pleasure. Sometimes the road is rough but that is part of the wilderness experience. Cabin 5 has been especially good and I know with work continually been put into them it is an alround great time. All linen cleanand the cleanliness has been to a good standard. Would... More

We have been travelling to Middle Lagoon on and off since it started it started in 1996. We have seen it grow from just a couple of beach shelters into what it is today. The driver for all of this was Peter Howard and his family. We have stayed in various Cabins as well as camping and found each experience... More

We have been staying at Middle Lagoon for several years now and it's hard to find a more pristine peace of paradise. You have a selection of beautiful beaches, walk the reef at low tide or catch a mud crab in the creek. I think you will find that after enduring a tough year, followed by a wet and stormy wet... More
