The rooms were clean. The placement of the lights could be improved. The door to our friends room would not lock properly when the door closed. If someone push on the door form outside it would come open.

Did not like the stairs to get to my second-floor room - I am a senior citizen with a bad back. I really resent not being told when I booked the room the Days Inn in Shallotte NC had no elevators--I would have never booked a room there.

Rooms were neat and clean. This hotel allows pets and there was a yappy little dog a few doors down. Knew pets were allowed so this was not something that was totally unexpected.
