The staff was friendly but this stay was awful had loud neighbors and guest knocking in the wrong door.

“Room felt dirty and in desperate need of renovations...”

Room felt dirty and in desperate need of renovations. Shower head was way too low (and I'm 5'5). Large bugs in the room. There was no conditioner offered with the shampoo. Not a great experience. TV channels were all fuzzy. The chain on the look could have been easily ripped off if there was an intruder.
