The staff is the friendliest and most helpful that I have encountered in my travels and the hotel is very nice as well. The renovated lobby looks great and the rooms received an upgrade as well since my last stay the previous year. I look forward to a return trip!

I have stayed at this property many times, and the service has generally been excellent. From the front staff to the cafe/bar, everyone does a good job of acknowledging the customer. Rooms are clean and well maintained.

This flag hotel rarely disappoints and there is no reason to feel shy about staying here. But compared to other CY by M, the Wilmington property is a bit below average. My room was very small and a little worn around the edges. Nothing awful but not quite what I expected.

We stayed at this particular Courtyard by Marriott in 2009 when they just began their renovations. What wonderful upgrades were made! They replaced the lumpy beds, out of date 25 inch televisions, drab decor and carpet with all new upgrades.
