Hotel outdated but clean. Excellent customer service; very friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was nice but nothing special (waffles, bagels, cereal, bananas). No fitness center. Conveniently located between Wrightsville Beach (15 minutes) and downtown Wilmington (10-15 minutes). Bottom line: We would stay again but wouldn't pay more than $40
