We arrived a little early for check-in. The manager allowed us to check in anyway. Our room was clean and comfortable. The only complaint is that there is only one ice and vending machine, both located on the first floor and inconvenient if you are on the second floor (we were). Would definitely stay there again if in the area.

From the time we booked the hotel on the phone to the time we checked out we were very satisfied with this hotel. The room was so spacious and very quiet and much less expensive than other hotels in the area. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Friendly, clean, and very reasonably priced (we used the $75 weekday Trip Advisor coupon). Room includes comfortable beds, fridge, microwave, LCD/LED TV ... everything seems newly renovated. Located near all the shopping on 13th and about 5 minutes from Fargo's hip downtown district. Easy to come back here every time.
