We stay here whenever we are in Grand Forks, ND. It's clean comfortable, has a good breakfast included and we find it's great value for the price they charge which is very reasonable. If you are just looking for a place to sleep with no frills this is the place to stay!

The room was clean, but old style TV and beds are kinda worn, thin pillows. Free continental breakfast, but not to appealing. Staff at the front desk seemed nice enough and helpful in pointing you in the right direction.
