Advertised as a 4* hotel but rep confirmed it's actually 2*. Food was inedible but the chef was sacked after numerous complaints so food may have improved, wouldn't be difficult! worst hotel in the world, towels,beds&bins wernt cleaned for 2 days, fag burns all over the room all over the carpets,beds,shower curtins! food was cold witch had to be all reheated , service was awful:)

We stayed 5 days in Hotel Dimond and liked it very much! The food was fresh and the service very good. The pool area was clean. The staff were kind. The weather was absolutely gorgeous - 25 C almost the during the whole week!!! We will go again next spring!

The pool area was constantly full of litter, the carpets in hotel room stunk and were infested in ants and beetles.The staff were rude and ignorant and never provided fresh towels and they was also pervy on my two teenage daughters.
