Location is excellent as it is very quiet and a short pleasant walk to area of St. Mark's Square. A couple of minutes walk to water bus stop. Booked a lovely triple room and we were very happy with the view of the hotel garden, a canal and out to sea
Small, lovelly and quite hotel suitable for couples without children. For children there are much more interesting hotels closer to beach with wast range of activities. Aircondition and fridge not working. All inclusive is limited to certain hours and in the lobby bar you still have to pay for anything. Not worth the money. Book a cheaper hotel mest the beach.
