We were disappointed that it wasn't really wheelchair accessable and that our room key had to keep being reset. Other than that, our stay was enjoyable and the staff was great.

I am very sorry that you were not given access to a wheelchair room. We do actually have two rooms for people with disabilities and I am not sure why the reservation was not handled correctly. I shall look into this and take any action to ensure this does not happen again. Tony Britton More

We pulled in to the Wetaskiwin Alberta Super 8 at 1:00 AM. The desk clerk took a very long time to check us in even though we were the only ones there. the she announced we were in the South building and she didn't know which door would work to get in. We went outside to see an old motel... More

The building is well kept except for a few minor. with the swimming pool and slide going it it will be a favorite for many.
