Ver nice customer service. When the vending machine was out of pop, the manager went out to get pop and had it delivered to my room. Very friendly and polite. Continental breakfast is not great but decent. If u r looking for a cheap night's stay, this motel has one of the best pricing in town.

Poor poor customer service!! Terrible communication, don't understand English, had to repeat myself about 10 times over! Grrr!! Moldy unclean rooms, hair in beds!! GROSS!!! Very upset & frustrated with this hotel. They need more organized people working there and should have people that communicate well! Bad business!

I called my cousin because she is staying there and the front desk people got mad at me. Then they gave me the wrong room. I find that really rude. They shouldn't treat people like that. I thought there suppose to have good customer service skills. If there rude to people then no one will come there.
