Tile says it all. Staff (i believe the owners) were friendly and accommodating. Price was average for the area, rooms were very clean hallways were clean bathrooms really clean. Room was small as i have read on the reviews. Tim Hortons right beside.

Sandman Inn in Smithers is a great place to stay. I was there over the christmas holidays and it was great. The room was very clean, it was quiet, the beds are very comfortable. It is close to downtown, and there is a Tim Hortons next door. The room I had was small but I was only there to sleep... More

A group of 3 friends and myself were looking to get a room, and we were quite turned off with the front desk service. We were told (because we were young) that we would have to give an extra deposit in order to stay there, because of an experience they had with a previous group of younger adults. It wasn't... More

Stay there for 3 nights. After the first night, I had to ask for a room change because the room was facing Tim Horton and all the noise (especially the exhaust note from the truck) from the drive through woke me up early in the morning. The room was clean but small and awkward. The so-called Hi Speed Internet was... More

Staff was friendly and the rooms were very clean. However they are very small and the air conditioning is poor. I was just there by myself so size wasn't a big deal but I do like to stretch out a bit. I was there with the dog and I couldn't step around him if he laid anywhere in the room.

Thank you for your comments. I know that the rooms are a bit small, so next time asked for a twin room. They are larger and there will be room for you and your pet. More

Thank you for the pro's and con's for our hotel. We can correct some of the con's about our hotel - glassses are washed in dish washer, cobwebs gone, TV's are ordered, iron board replaced, but unfortunely the noise outside is a little hard to comtrol. I do hoe that you will continue to stay with us. More
