I checked out the latest reviews and the photos of the place as I rarely go to Miramichi. I was very impressed with Hojos. It is a nice property with a gorgeous view of the river. The first stay we had a problem with ants in the room and had to move to another room. The staff was so good we returned for our next trip.

I suppose anywhere you stay in New Brunswick there will be ants or flies to contend with on occasion, but as you saw, we have taken care of them. the rooms were very clean. the suite was spacious, but I wasn't crazy about the jacuzzi being in the middle of the livingroom with no privacy. I was disappointed in the free breakfast. the choices were very limited. they could have added fruit, yogurt and muffins. all they had to choose from was cereal, waffles and eggs.
