Reception friendly, efficient and helpful. Room was clean and no odours. The breakfast was fresh and easy to make. Checkout was quick and very good as a new reservation was made that morning at a Super 8 at my next destination.

First choice when staying in Fort Frances as rooms are clean, comfortable, great breakfast included along with some fresh baked cookies to munch on when you arrive.

wi fi should be working, smell in hallway was bad, and the beds and pillows were old and should be replaced, Price paid for room was ok

This is our fourth time staying here. We came in on a weekend but had no hockey tournaments going on. Hence there were no noise issues or episodes of kids cleaning out the breakfast supplies. Didn't use the pool. This hotel has been consistently good for us --clean, comfortable and had an enjoyable breakfast with other travellers.
