Avalon cottage is on the same property as the Lodge, and seems to be rented/managed by the same proprietors. While the lodge is indeed nice, Avalon cottage was a disaster: junk littered the property (including a rusting bed frame, bags of garbage, pieces of wood with nails sticking out--particularly dangerous when you've got dogs running around). There is nothing like getting away to a place where you can have your morning coffee at the lake while the dogs swim in the water. Even better when you wake up from a cozy sleep after a great dinner. We enjoyed ouf fist stay in the B & B and will be back with friends. more

This is a beautiful home full of love that you can share with the people inside it.
