The hotel looks good on outside, but service sucks. Couldn't get in room without attended. Try to get a coffee, but was unable to because there was none available... regular or decaffeinated. The whole place is not worth going to. My house is almost bigger then the casino its self, except bar. Don't waste your time or money!!!!!

DO NOT STAY AT 4 BEARS CASINO! The dry wall is cut up all the way down the hallway with cob webs. There was a flood 2 years ago and they never fixed it. Instead, they built a new addition. The place looks run down and terrible. The phones don't work in the new rooms. People yanked on the cords... More

I was overwhelmed by 4 bears casino & lodge, in more ways than one. My boyfriend and I arrived at the hotel parking lot only to see that it was very unkept and resembles a hospital. The front desk clerk seemed anoyed that I disturbed her and that she had to get up and walk to the copy machine for... More

The reviews are true. First hint is the trash and general unkept exterior appearance. Next was the incorrect reservation for more nights that I had booked to which the unprofessional front desk person replied just fill out the form anyway. I refused until a correct reservation form was produced. Then I was handed my room key cards attached to a... More

I was a bit surprised by this hotel. The good things: it was extremely quite, even with the casino on site, our room was larger than we thought, some of the staff were extremely friendly (others were very rude) it was a pretty clean hotel (inside) but could use some minor repairs in the rooms...the flooring in our tiny bathroom...
