“Unsatifactory Accommodations”

The room was cleam but did not have a hanging rack to hang up clothes. The couch was very old and totally unusable to sit on. The pillows were old and very thin.

I have stayed at this hotel numerous times, and have never had any problems. I do not stay at this hotel and expect the Ritz -- I expect (and get) a clean room and comfy bed for the night. The only "criticism" if you call it that is that the rooms are quite small, but that can't really be fixed... More

My room smelt like smoke, clearly used to be a smoking wing and the smell does hang around. also very bad beds, had to get sleeping pills to fal alseep at night and my room was on the highway side so there was alot of noise coming off of that.

“Close to Airport in Hamilton”

This is close to Airport . 2 minutes away. Does the job if you have a plane to catch.Staff is friendly and nice.

I have stayed here multiple times when I have come to Hamilton to visit my mother in a nursing home. The hotel is very clean, the employees are friendly and helpful, and the rooms are basic but comfortable. The hotel is gradually renovating each room and the new rooms include a refrigerator.
