Attended a wedding and stayed there two nights. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Service was exceptional from the time we arrived until we left. If you are going through Perth and need a place to stay I would highly recommend you stay at the Colonial.

Stayed here 3 nights. Clean and good value. Any problems were taken care of quickly. Could use a few touch ups, but quite satisfactory.

Beautiful simple motel-nice pool, warm and compfortable place to spend the night.

We had reservations at the Best Western in Smiths Falls. We drove 8 hours and were turnd away at the door as they had overbooked their "dog friendly" rooms and we were here for a dog show. We called the Colonial House Inn and they took our reservations, even though they only take small dogs and we had larger dogs.... More

Thank you to the people at the colonial inn . We were very satisfied with every thing there. It was very clean and the owners very friendly. Anything we asked for they were was there for us. We had several rooms booked and had no complaints. Rog was very patient when we needed to make changes. Thanks again.
