Stayed here for 4 nights based on past Tripadvisor reviews and Auberge La Chatelaine did not disappoint. The location is on the same street as Le Manoir Richelieu (half a kilometre), on the Chemin des Falaises, where the old summer mansions where built in the late 1800's. Jean-Luc is a gracious and hospitable host who has been running this B&B... More

Wow, that was a trip back in time. The house was built in 1872 and that 1872 atmosphere oozes from every pore. From the dining area/living room making you feel like the lady of the manor. To the bed room with canopy, water jug, sink with little curtains underneath, old pictures on the wall and more. But the best bit... More

We stayed at La Chatelaine for 5 wonderful days. The house is a fabulous 120 year old mansion with exceptional location( a 5 minute walk to the best restaurants and the casino) and spectacular views of the st-lawrence river. The Innkeepers are a very warm italian family who pour on old world hospitality. The rooms are decorated with taste and... More

This small hotel (only 8 rooms) is a true gem It is an ancient villa of 1892, well restored. We stayed in a double room on the second floor, wonderful view over the San Laurence river (I suggest you to see the sunrise). Rich breakfast, food was amazing: cake, fruit, frittata with zucchini, waffles, homamade jam, eggs and more and... More

This is a wonderful b&b in a gorgeous area. The proprietor, John Luc, was extremely helpful and the breakfasts were scrumptious. One of the very best! Enjoyed whale watching, alpacas, and the secret beauty of the lake.

This charming B&B is ideal for a relaxing stay in Charlevoix. It's ideal for couples or groups of friends. The breakfast served is really amazing and one of the highlights of a stay here but I highly recommend this place for it's location, views and friendly service. The rooms are clean and quaint. It's got nice patios where one can... More

We stayed at this B&B for three nights. The host Jean Luc is very helpful and gives good recommendations about what to do in the region. It was very enjoyable to come back to the house and sit in front of the lit fireplace in the guests' area. The breakfast was very delicious. We stayed in the De Blois room.... More
