I bought a package which included breakfast, one zip line and unlimited activities for all. I got an email confirmation. At checkout, they overcharged me by almost $500us, and they showed me an almost identical confirmation but without the word "unlimited" VERY disappointing. To make matters worse, their customer service rep just tried to make excuses and didn't make up... More

Nice hotel, very private rooms with terrace. The spa is the best, excellent service and sponsored by Natura Bisse. Definitly we will come back. Love the silence!!! Really relaxing or sporty if you like it. Try hot chocolate with marshmellows in front of the firepit!!!!!!

Wonderful place to 'get away.' Definitely feels like a treehouse-setting but with all the amenities youd expect from a high-end hotel. Restaurant was surprisingly good too. Great service as well. The only issue we had was with the beds; they were just too firm for our liking. Everything else was great, but not cool having a hard bed to sleep... More

Rodavento is a well designed, unique resort built on a forested mountain. There are stone walkways connecting cabins with the club house. The imaginatively designed cabins are large with very comfortable beds and a loft that can accommodate additional children or even adults. There is a bathroom with ample shower space. One drawback is the lack of chairs and of... More

I'm not someone who looks for 5-star as a rule. I prefer places with character, warmth, ambience. Places that 'get it' and provide a sensual, seamless experience. Such was my first time at Rodavento this weekend with my girlfriend. We found the service impeccable (with a special shoutout to Gonzalo, who all waiters should be modeled after). Whatever we wanted,... More

Very nice Eco hotel in the forest, approx. 10 km from the city of Valle de Bravo and the lake. The cabins are spread over the wood, the interior is simple but with high quality. It is very quiet, without television and no Internet on the cabins (big problem for my son). There is one restaurant in front of a... More

We were only there for 2 nights, but they were two of the most amazing nights we've ever had. The privacy of each cabin really sets this place apart, the beautiful decoration and the great service. My only real complaint is that the pool was extremely cold even though it is supposed to be heated.

My husband and kids are big fans as myself of Rodavento. We usually take visitors from oher countries or states to , at least, have lunch and zip line there. This time we were not lucky. We reserved emailing the main office and getting an answer, and when we got there the hotel was all booked, there were no traces... More

We stayed at the Rodavento on Oct 14-16, 2011, and had an absolutely wonderful time. We have two young kids, aged 4 and 8, and they attended the kids club on the Saturday, and were thrilled. They did zip lining in the high trees, wall climbing, kayaking, and games. The folks taking care of the kids were fantastic, as were... More
