The team who ran our function were great, they were very helpful and provided a great level of service to us. The layout of the meeting room was perfect for our event. The food was good. The venue had easy access to the motorways with plenty of car parking.

This hotel has a 1st floor landing but NO LIFT just a large flight of stairs!! whats all that about!! The hotel is tired in need of desperate refurbish! We got a 3am and 3:15am wake up call which we did not request and was not even given an apology. Would definatley not recommend.
