The spa and the staff were perfect, nothing was too much trouble. The receptionist was very polite and knowledgeable about the buisness. When we ordered afternoon tea, the sandwhiches were soggy and not very appetising. The breakfast was awful. The quality was very unsatisfactory, and I was very disappointed, as I work in a similar establishment.

Went to Whittlebury Hall hotel with 3 friends for a spa and stay break. Excellent value for money and everything from lunch, use of facilities, rooms, treatment and dinner were second to none. The restaurant was lovely and the 3 course meal (inc in our rate) was fab. Would definatly return here again for a spa and stay break.

I would highly recommend this hotel, the service was excellent, the food wonderful and the staff very helpful. There was an excellent choice for breakfast and the staff did not worry that we came down just as breakfast time was finishing.
