“2 night stay”

I stayed for two nights and found the room to be very clean and the staff to be extremely helpful, especially the receptionist Kelly who was very friendly. Also the food in the star inn next to the premier inn was fantastic and reasonably priced. I'd stay here again.

“Lenny Henry is true to his word”

The staff were friendly. The rooms were spacious and clean. Blackout curtains are great. The bedding was excellent, there was a choice of pillows. Our sleep was great. There was carex handwash and imperial leather hair and bodywash, all very handy as I had forgotten to pack soap. Breakfast next door was superb.

“Family friendly Premier Inn”

Stayed at East Grinstead Premier Inn ( last stayed here ten years ago when it was Travelodge). Felt very welcome with our 2 and 4 yr olds. Room clean and quiet. Kids eat breakfast free. 12 midday check out and good wi-fi!

Nice room, although very noisy from room above! Sounded like people auditioning for 'stomp' from 6am onwards. Mentioned to receptionist who refunded our night. The pub next door provides the breakfasts; which is laughable at best! It took over an hour to get our food, which came out cold and severely overcooked! The hotel receptionist refunded this also!
