Hello Jody. This is quite a delayed review, as you stayed at this property 12 months ago, when it was under the previous owners, and previous title. Its unfortunate to here of such an unpleasant experience. The Kuranda Rainforest Retreat has taken new direction, and is a wonderful place to stay, as you can see by more recent reviews. More

My partner and I stayed here this weeekend and we both loved it. It has a real tropical resort type feel - very relaxed and welcoming.The swimming pool looked amazing, was very clean and was huge!! “Lovely Rainforest experience”

Recently stayed for a week, loved the rainforest feel, lovely cabins, spectacular pool. Great place to relax. Dinner and drinks were generous and free-flowing. Definitely a tropical relaxed feel. The cabins offered plenty of privacy while still being close.
