If our stay - for all 8 of us, it could not have been better. We didn't need to really deal with the front desk besides check-in and check-out, as everything we needed was already in our suite...or waiting for us at the pool.

This hotel was so clean and the staff was outstanding. I didn't expect much from the Continental breakfast but the selection was unbelievable and everything was hot and fresh! I would highly recommend this hotel.

The staff of this hotel took amazing care of us after getting into a car wreck on our way to the hotel! The room was so comfortable and the staff were friendly, caring and accommodating. So nice to have breakfast, snacks and cocktails on the premises. Great amenities and great service!!

We love Homewood Suites and this one lives up to its name. The rooms were large and comfortable. They had everything we could possibly need. The staff went over and above to make sure our stay was comfortable. I would come back in a second.

The rooms are large & comfortable. Complimentary breakfast, dinner, & free beer and wine during happy hour. Great value for the price! I will definitely stay at a Homewood Suites again for extended business travel.

This was our second stay at this Homewood Suites. Both times the suite was clean and comfortable and the pool was clean and well-maintained. The location is good for shopping and attractions in downtown Cleveland, without having to stay downtown.
