“In the Heart of Amish Country”

This hotel was in the heart of downtown Berlin. An easy walk to all the shops in the downtown area. The hotel very clean as was the large spacious rooms which included a refrigerator, microwave and a sink. They offer a very nice morning breakfast and coffee or tea is available all day long. “Comfort Suites Berlin”

This is a clean hotel with large rooms. The room was very clean, the beds were extremely comfortable. They offer a morning breakfast that was enjoyable. The location can't be beat, you are right in the heart of Amish Country and shopping. My biggest complaint (no fault of the hotel) was the cell phone reception is non existant.

“Great relaxing get away”

We went away to have quality time together stayed in the jacuzzi suite and were very satisfied. The room was extremely clean, very spacious and very comfortable. The beds were great. Jacuzzi awesome. A great stay that would definitely bring us back again. Thanks for the hospitality, cleanliness, and comfort.

Clean Clean Clean and very quiet. Great location about a block off the main streets. Nice staff not overly friendly but were efficient. Typical Comfort suites breakfast. Overall excellent place to stay

“great location”

Great location to walk directly to town. Many businesses close at 5:00 pm. Pool was great for kids. Breakfast was standard and staff was helpful. Buggies drive right by hotel. A great value. Rooms are large and very clean. Nice lobby and breakfast areas.

Very uncomfortable bed is my main complaint.Hearing water from the above room draining extremely loud was very annoying also. This place is ok but in my opinion not the best value in Berlin. “Great place for families!!”

We have stayed at the Comfort Suites in Berlin 3 times a year for the last 5 yrs...and love it!! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, it's clean, quiet and in a great location within walking distance to shopping and resturants. We are headed back down there tomorrow!!

“Wonderful stay AGAIN !”

We just spent another wonderful 9 day stay at this hotel. It's the cleanest hotel we've ever stayed in, along with the friendliest staff. “Wow - among best Comfort Suites yet”

Modern, spotless, nice quality furnishings, absolutely everything works, great bedding, quiet and powerful heater/AC, fast Internet. Friendly, helpful staff. Decent Amish restaurant across the street. Highly recommend if you're in the area.
