The carpet was stained everywhere and our room did not appear to have been vacuumed. There was trash beside the nighstand and underneath the bed.The hallways smelled of food and smoke throughout our two night stay. Don't mind no frills at all but the lack of cleanliness was very disappointing. Inexpensive was the ONLY plus.

The rooms provide the basics: kitchenette with fridge and stove (not in very good condition), bed, desk and chairs. Our room was very clean and fine for a no-frills stay. No elevator, we had to carry heavy luggage up one flight of stairs. No hair-dryer in the room but the desk provided one when we asked.

My experience with ESA's has been hit and miss, mostly miss. I expect them to be utilitarian, but most of them are on the tired, dreary side of utilitarian. This ESA was a surprise.
