I enjoy staying at this hotel whenever I'm in Cincinnati. The rooms are spacious and clean. The pool area and fitness room are great. Breakfast is cooked-to-order and the evening reception is a great bonus.

Stayed for a business seminar...rooms comfortable, breakfast was great, manager's reception was a welcome thing at the end of the day. Staff was friendly and helpful. Lunch and dinner were adequate, service a little slow. Had large groups of youth teams that were pretty controlled by hotel staff. Would definitely stay again.

Our family stayed at this hotel for a hockey tournament. We had a group of 16 8-10 year old boys and their siblings. The rooms were a nice size and we're clean although we had issues with our heating system and it remained pretty cold throughout our stay, even after calling the front desk.

Hotel is in need of renovation. No blackout curtains in bedroom. Holes in blankets, stains on sheets. Arrived after 12:30 AM. As a Diamond member there are certain small perks that sometimes are expected such as a bottle of water or upgrade.
